Yoga

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

We offer Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, and Gentle Yoga classes in a group, semi-private, and private settings. All classes are taught by hands-on and experienced instructors who will help guide you through your workout.

Types of Yoga

SCULPT Yoga

Sculpt yoga combines weights, strength building, and cardio to provide a full body workout to improve strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose to the next seamlessly, at a fast, using breath. Try our candlelight Vinyasa Flow class!

GENTLE yOGA

Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, focuses on stretching and breathing. It lies on the spectrum between Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

yIN yOGA

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice that holds poses for longer. It targets the deepest tissues in the body and improves energy flow. Yin yoga is beneficial for emotional and mental health benefits.
