Breathwork

Activating Breathwork is a powerful tool to regulate your nervous system, relieve stress and release stored and stuck emotions. This class will begin with a guided meditation, followed by 30 minutes of activated breath practice. Please come cozy, bring any supportive items you'd like, there are bolsters and blankets available at the studio. If you choose to eat prior to Breathwork please have it be a light meal as it can be uncomfortable to practice on a full stomach.
