Class Etiquette

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

If you need to cancel your session, please give us at least a 12 hour notice. All sessions cancelled without this notice will be charged a full session. If you are an unlimited member you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. 

Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely. Please refrain from zippers or anything that may damage the leather on our equipment.

Please do not bring your cell phone into your session. We understand there are emergencies! Let us know if you need to have your cell phone by your side during a session. 

Please help us maintain a serene environment by keeping your voice down.
