We offer Pilates Group Reformer classes, as well as Private and Semi Private Pilates by appointment. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend you start with An Intro To Pilates Reformer class or schedule a Private.

Pilates Reformer - A core - based, full body workout on the Pilates reformer. Encourages strength and grace, control and fluidity. 

Restore & Stretch - A true mind and body restoration class. We will stretch major muscle groups using the reformer and perform myofascial release using therapy balls, the foam roller and other tools.  Using a deep breath technique to soothe your nervous system you will walk out feeling balanced, relaxed and rejuvenated.
