class descriptions:

vinyasa flow yoga: recommended for students with prior yoga experience. consisting of flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath, you will begin to build better strength and body awareness.

music flow yoga: a yoga flow class that combines music and rythm with yoga poses. The result is a choreographed continuous sequene that radiates with strength, fluidity and grace.

power yoga: vigorous fitness-based approoach to yoga, emphasise is on strength and flexibility.

pilates group reformer: a full body reformer based workout that will increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination, and tone. designed to provide a higher intensity pilates workout.

private & semi private pilates: a more personalized and hands on approach; each session is designed based on the individual's specific needs and goals. available daily by appointment.

pilates group reformer jump: a combination of calorie burning jumpboard intervals and full body strength exercises on the reformer to challenge your core.
